The starting point
We start with the simplest complaint in every building.
People pay an administrator, then still chase replies, chase vendors, chase accounts and chase the next step. That should not be normal.
Livia exists to make condominium management legible again: who answered, what was decided, what it costs, when the vendor comes and what happens next.
We are starting from Italy because the need is familiar here: buildings with real complexity, residents with real questions and firms that can do better when the work is organised clearly.
Our belief
Administration should feel less distant.
We believe a building works better when residents can see what is happening, understand why it matters and trust that someone is carrying the next step. Today, too much administration feels like a black box: slow answers, unclear costs, decisions that disappear into meeting minutes and problems that only become urgent once they break.
We want to change that because condominium life is not abstract. It is the entrance you walk through, the lift you depend on, the roof over your apartment and the neighbours you make decisions with. Better administration can make that shared life calmer, fairer and easier to maintain.
