About Livia
Livia is condominium administration rebuilt from scratch: fast answers, transparent accounts, reliable contractors. We manage buildings in Milan with a model that combines real people and modern tools, and we grow by integrating existing administration firms.
Our standard is simple: we answer. Keeping it while we grow takes people who pick up the most important problems and drive them to done. That is your job.
The role
You work every day with Alessandro and Matthias on what matters most right now: an integration to close, a process that will not survive growth, a channel to open. You take the problem, study it, solve it and hand it over working.
There is no fixed job description, because the role is built around you: where you are strong you accelerate, where you are not yet, you learn fast. It is the right place for someone who will one day want to lead or found something, and wants to see from the inside how it is done.
What you will do
- Work alongside the founders on the priorities of the moment, strategic and operational
- Own cross-cutting projects end to end: acquisitions, processes, growth
- Prepare decisions: data, options, one clear recommendation
- Get into the details of the business: customers, product, operations, numbers
- No month looks like the last: assemblies, contractors, models, phone calls
- Build the foundations to lead a piece of Livia
Who we are looking for
- Analytical sense: you ask the right questions, break the problem down and simulate outcomes before deciding
- Business and product sense: you understand what makes a company strong, and decide well even in ambiguity
- Execution: you orchestrate people and projects toward the goal, starting with yourself
- Versatility: you move from one topic to the next at the same level, because topics here change fast
- Autonomy and precision: you carry a project from start to finish with minimal supervision
- You communicate to make things happen: in writing, with clear asks and clear deadlines
- The assigned task is the minimum: you propose initiatives, anticipate needs, go further when it makes sense
- You ask for feedback and use it: you are early in your career and want to grow fast
- Excellent Italian, since the business runs in Italian; English helps
- A plus: comfort with data, some code, or product tools
