About Livia
Livia is condominium administration rebuilt from scratch: fast answers, transparent accounts, reliable contractors. We manage buildings in Milan with a model that combines real people and modern tools, and we grow by integrating existing administration firms.
Our standard is simple: we answer. To really pull that off, we need software that takes the paperwork off people’s hands and gives them back the time to look after buildings. That software is yours to build.
The role
At Livia, software is not the product: it is how we keep our promises. Every hour of paperwork the platform absorbs is an hour an administrator spends answering people and looking after buildings.
You work across the whole stack, from understood problem to code in production, with the people who use your tools a few metres away or one call away: you see the real work, decide what to build, and ship it. Few ceremonies, a lot of ownership.
What you will do
- Build features end to end, on the internal platform and on the residents’ portal
- Use AI to automate the repetitive side of the trade: documents, deadlines, communications, reconciliations
- Design and maintain the data layer: the buildings, their systems, their history
- Spend time with administrators and operations to understand the real problems before writing a line
- Keep reliability high: our buildings depend on what you ship
- Current stack: Next.js and TypeScript, with the freedom to propose what is needed
Who we are looking for
- Solid full stack experience: TypeScript and React, or a similar stack and the will to get up to speed fast
- You start from the problem, not the framework: you want to understand the domain before writing code
- End-to-end autonomy: you design, write, ship, monitor, fix
- Care for reliability and detail: this software touches real money and real homes
- Clear written communication, in a small team that decides fast
- Italian helps a lot: the domain speaks rendiconti, assemblee and capitolati
